User Accounts

Physiotherapists and Clinics

Physiotherapists and clinics are responsible for the accuracy of professional, qualification, registration, availability, fee and service information submitted to PHYSION. Platform verification does not replace professional or statutory obligations applicable to the provider.

Appointments and Services

Appointments are subject to provider availability and confirmation. Users must provide accurate contact, address and service information. Fees, appointment duration and service type will be displayed or communicated as applicable.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and refund eligibility are governed by the PHYSION Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Payments

Payments for appointments and physiotherapy-related services are governed by the PHYSION Payment Policy and the applicable payment gateway terms.

Acceptable Use

PHYSION should not be used as a substitute for emergency medical care. Users requiring urgent or emergency assistance should contact an appropriate emergency healthcare provider.

Platform Availability

PHYSION will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, network issues and third-party service interruptions may affect availability.
