Payment Policy
Understand our payment process, accepted methods, security measures and refund procedures.

This Payment Policy applies to payments made for physiotherapy appointments and service-related transactions on PHYSION. It does not currently apply to product purchases, marketplace transactions, vendor payments or shipping.
Accepted Payment Methods
Depending on availability, PHYSION may support UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets and other payment methods made available by the integrated payment gateway.
Payment Gateway
Online payments are processed through an authorized third-party payment gateway/service provider such as [Razorpay]. Payment processing may also be subject to that provider's terms, security checks and policies.
Service Fees and Charges
The applicable physiotherapy consultation/service fee and any clearly disclosed taxes or platform/service charges will be shown before payment confirmation wherever applicable.
Payment Confirmation
A payment is considered successfully completed only after PHYSION receives successful confirmation from the payment system and the relevant booking or transaction is confirmed.
Failed or Pending Transactions
If a payment is shown as failed or pending, users should verify the transaction status before making another payment. Where money is debited but confirmation is not received, bank/payment gateway reversal timelines may apply.
Duplicate Payments
Verified duplicate successful payments for the same service will be reviewed and handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Payment Security
PHYSION will never ask users to share OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs or banking passwords. Users should not disclose these credentials to PHYSION staff, physiotherapists, clinics or any other person.
Suspicious Transactions
PHYSION may review, restrict or cancel transactions where unauthorized payment activity, fraud, misuse or a material technical error is reasonably suspected.
Refunds
Eligible service refunds are processed according to the PHYSION Cancellation & Refund Policy and may be subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.
